Privacy Policy

When you create an account or book a stay, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the dates and details of your stay, the messages you send to us through the app, and the payment information you submit through our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers — Stripe handles those directly.

We use your information to:

• Process and fulfill your booking, including payment collection.
• Send you transactional emails (booking confirmations, payment receipts, arrival instructions, review requests).
• Reply to your messages and provide support before, during, and after your stay.
• Comply with our legal and tax-reporting obligations.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed below.

• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
• Firebase (Google) — hosting, database, and authentication. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
• Resend — transactional email delivery. Subject to Resend's privacy policy.

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to our legal obligation to retain transaction records for tax purposes). Email booking@irbcondos.com with any such request.

We keep booking and payment records for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law (typically 7 years in the U.S.). We keep account and message data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to handle support and disputes.
